When the system misfires, symptoms speak.

I’ll help you explore your world — from the quantum to the macrocosm.

This is whole-systems recalibration for your life.

Welcome.

HEALTH is more than the absence of disease. It’s the ability to adapt, recover, and thrive.

I’m Dr. Sangeeta Parulekar. As an integrative physician with training in Molecular Biology and Internal Medicine, I believe lasting health comes from understanding the body as an interconnected system—not a collection of isolated symptoms.

Throughout my career, I’ve cared for people across every stage of health, from acute illness to chronic disease, prevention, and wellness. That experience has reinforced a simple truth: symptoms rarely exist in isolation. They often reflect the complex interaction of our biology, environment, lifestyle, and lived experiences.

Rather than asking only, “What disease is present?” I also ask, “What patterns are driving it?”

By exploring how nutrition, sleep, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, the nervous system, movement, stress, and mindset work together, we can better understand the root contributors to health and create a personalized path toward greater resilience and vitality.

My approach combines the precision of evidence-based medicine with the principles of integrative care, recognizing that true healing often requires looking beyond a single diagnosis or symptom. Whether you’re navigating a chronic health condition, seeking to optimize your well-being, or looking to prevent disease before it begins, my goal is to help you understand your health more deeply and empower you to make lasting, meaningful changes.

Because wellness isn’t about chasing perfection.

It’s about creating the conditions for your body and mind to function as they were designed to—allowing you to live with greater energy, clarity, purpose, and resilience.

Welcome. I’m honored to be part of your journey.

The Spark

Pillars

Thoughts shape reality — Your mindset shapes how you experience and respond to the world. In a world of constant input, your attention is one of your most valuable resources. Cultivate focus, question limiting narratives, and create space for clarity. Let technology serve your purpose rather than distract from it. Your mind, like your body, thrives with intentional care.

Daily choices either drain or restore health. Small, consistent actions shape your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Self-care isn’t indulgence—it’s one of the foundations of lasting health.

Food is more than fuel—it is information. Every bite is a biological conversation with your body. Your food choices influence metabolism, hormones, the microbiome, inflammation, and long-term health. Nourish your body with intention, choosing foods that support energy, resilience, and vitality.

Stillness isn’t passive. It’s where recalibration happens. Sleep, pause, and repair open the door to regulation, regeneration, and renewal. In rest, the body remembers how to heal.

The body is not separate from the self — it is the self in motion. Every posture, breath, and gesture carries a narrative. Through movement, we don’t just feel better — we become different. Somatic practices clear old imprints, regulate the nervous system, and reshape identity from the inside out. Motion becomes medicine. Stillness becomes integration.

The nervous system learns safety through relationships. Choose connections that feel reciprocal, honest, and co-regulating. Boundaries aren’t walls—they’re clarity. The people you allow into your life shape your health and well-being.

Anchor yourself in something larger than yourself. Whether through faith, prayer, meditation, nature, or quiet presence, connection beyond the self can foster meaning, resilience, and inner peace. Spirit isn’t separate from health—it shapes how you find purpose, hope, and healing.

Many of your beliefs and behaviors around money are learned through family and life experiences. By becoming aware of those patterns, you can develop healthier financial habits, reduce stress, and create greater financial security and well-being. Learn to see money not as a measure of survival or self-worth, but as a tool for stewardship, generosity, and the ability to receive.

Your environment shapes your health. The places where you live, work, and spend your time influence your stress, sleep, movement, relationships, and overall well-being. Create spaces that support restoration, connection, and the healthy life you want to build.
